so today was a pretty wild day, we got interviewed by Asheville Skyline, a podcast out of Asheville, NC then a few hours later Caitlin bought a new Taylor, I lost my shoes but later found them, which sounds like not that big a deal but first of all it was kind of weird and second of all, losing your shoes 1,000 miles from home is disturbing.

so we're in the auto parts store getting straps for the car carrier so there's more room for us in the purple gum drop (my tiny but roomy car). We know the straps we have are long enough but how long are they? (they're crappy and we are upgrading) We know I'm 5'6" tall, so I lie on the floor of the auto parts store and we measure it against me. Apparently this is not that common, cause it sort of freaks out the guys who work there. Weird right?
